The centre provides a wide range of flexible business accommodation, ranging from 1 or 2 person units, through larger units available individually or in suites, and includes a broad selection of self contained workshop and studios including some with mezzanines, suitable for heavier type uses. There is also an incubator suite where fully equipped workstations are available specifically for starter businesses; something to suit every small business!

The centre is fitted out to a very high standard, providing a contemporary and prestigious business environment. The simple occupation licence includes Building Insurance, External Maintenance, Heating, and Waste Disposal & Service Charge. The licence also gives businesses flexibility to move within the centre, expanding or contracting depending on circumstances and the ability to move out with as little as two weeks notice.
