The Bun Penny

The Bun Penny is a traditional Free House. The cosy inside has bags of character, with beams and log fires in the winter, whilst the large patio and gardens come into their own in the summer.

Food is freshly prepared and ranges from pub classics to more contemporary dishes. The menu changes with the seasons to make the most of fresh and local ingredients and there is also a specials board. Cask beers are a particular feature with Otter Bitter sold direct from the cask alongside handpulls offering brews from the local Oakleaf Brewery and other regional brewers.
