The Gosport District Scouts will be forming a parade of hopefully five hundred plus scouts, from both the Gosport Scouting and Guiding units.
The parade will face north along the Esplanade/Promenade officially from 10:00, but as has been in previous years the youngsters, leaders, and parents will start arriving long before from about 09:30. There will be marshals at this point making sure everybody involved knows the route and what is expected of them on the way.
The Parade will head off north towards the ferry and then bear west (left) where there will be a marshal or two to prompt them in the right direction over to the people crossing where the Police in previous years have stood either side of the road.
